Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Project LLMs.txt website and plugin, operated by Imperial Labs Consulting LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using our products, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our products.

The plugin license

Free version

The free version of Project LLMs.txt is distributed under the GNU General Public License v2 (GPLv2) through WordPress.org. You may use it on unlimited sites at no cost.

Pro license

A Pro license grants you the right to activate Pro features on one (1) WordPress site. You may not sublicense, resell, or redistribute the Pro plugin or your license key.

Studio license

A Studio license grants you the right to activate Pro features on up to five (5) WordPress sites that you own or manage.

Agency license

An Agency license grants you the right to activate Pro features on an unlimited number of WordPress sites that you own or manage on behalf of clients.

All paid licenses

• Licenses are non-transferable and for your use only
• You may not share your license key publicly or give it to third parties
• We may revoke a license if it is used in a way that violates these Terms
• Licenses renew automatically. You can cancel anytime through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal

Payments and billing

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as merchant of record. They handle checkout, VAT/tax collection, and billing. By purchasing, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually). You will receive a renewal notice before each charge. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal link in your receipt email - no cancellation fees apply.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the plugin or service in any unlawful way
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract Pro features for redistribution
• Use the plugin to generate or promote harmful, misleading, or illegal content
• Interfere with or disrupt the licensing infrastructure

Disclaimer of warranties

The plugin and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the plugin will be error-free, that the llms.txt standard will be adopted by any specific AI tool, or that your site will appear in any AI-powered search results as a result of using our plugin.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imperial Labs Consulting LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the plugin or service. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Intellectual property

The Project LLMs.txt name, logo, and website content are the property of Imperial Labs Consulting LLC. The plugin code distributed via WordPress.org is licensed under GPLv2. Pro-only features in the paid plugin are proprietary.

Changes to the service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice. If we materially reduce paid functionality, we will offer a prorated refund for any prepaid period.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
