Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

All paid plans (Pro, Studio, Agency) come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of your initial purchase, we'll give you a full refund.

Renewals are not covered by the money-back guarantee. If you forgot to cancel before a renewal charge and reach out within 7 days, we'll consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@projectllmstxt.com with:

• The email address you used to purchase
• Your order ID (in your receipt email)
• A brief note on what didn't work out (optional, but helps us improve)

We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Once processed, the refund will appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

What happens after a refund

Your license key will be deactivated and Pro features will stop working on your site. The free version of the plugin will continue to work normally - you won't lose your llms.txt files or settings, just the Pro-only features.

Annual plans

The 30-day refund window applies equally to monthly and annual plans. After 30 days, annual plan payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel to prevent future renewals.
